FAITH ACKERMAN Licenced Massage Therapist I am a LMT who has 18+ years of experience! I tend to have more of a firm hand, but with that, amazing intuition. These tasks involve listening to the body and feeling where areas of tension or stress reside within muscle tissue. I ALWAYS listen to my clients concerns and needs! Communication is key! In 2007 I graduated from Bayshire Massage Academy. My first job was at Crowley Chiropractic of 2 years. I then moved to the Grand Rapids area in 2009, where I was hired at one of the top salons in GR! And NOW, I am here! The Indi Suites! CANCELLATION POLICY
Salt & Stone Massage Therapy Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from scheduling and impact my ability to serve them. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy - Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. - Clients who do not show for their appointment without notice ("no-shows") will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. - If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client's appointment. The full service fee WILL STILL apply. - Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Salt & Stone Massage Therapy. By scheduling an appointment, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Cancellation & No-Show Policy and authorize Salt & Stone Massage Therapy to charge the payment method on file for any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
